You've stayed loyal to us – now it's our turn to give back. The dbltoto VIP program is built for players who deserve more than an ordinary experience. Exclusive bonuses, personalised service, and truly rewarding perks await you at every tier.
Four VIP tiers designed to reward every level of player loyalty
At dbltoto, we don't believe every player should be treated the same. Some of you have been with us from the start – playing every day, showing unwavering support regardless of the season. It's for these dedicated players that the dbltoto VIP program was built – not as a marketing gimmick, but as genuine recognition you can feel every time you log in.
Many other platforms offer "VIP programmes" that are in reality just empty labels with minimal added benefits of little real value. At dbltoto, we ensure every VIP tier delivers advantages that genuinely set your gaming experience apart. From higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times to a personal account manager who knows you individually — these are real commitments we stand by.
Every ringgit you deposit and wager at dbltoto is automatically counted in our VIP points system. No hidden conditions, no undisclosed expiry dates, no confusing terms. You can view your VIP tier progress at any time directly from your account dashboard, complete with your latest points total and the balance needed to reach the next tier.
Unlike some platforms that require you to submit a request or contact customer support to upgrade your VIP tier, dbltoto uses an automatic upgrade system. Once your cumulative deposit total reaches the set threshold, your VIP tier is instantly updated and all new tier privileges are activated with no delays.
Every benefit is designed to enhance your gaming experience at dbltoto
Automatically get back a portion of your net weekly losses every Monday. VIP Diamond members enjoy up to 30% cashback – one of the highest rates in Malaysia's online betting industry.
Gold and Diamond VIP members get a dedicated personal account manager available 24/7. Your manager understands your playing preferences and can assist with any questions or special requests.
Forget long waiting times. VIP Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals processed within minutes, while VIP Gold members receive withdrawals within 1 hour — no questions asked.
Dbltoto celebrates your birthday with an exclusive bonus credited directly to your account. The higher your VIP tier, the bigger the reward – from RM50 for Bronze all the way up to an unlimited special gift for Diamond.
Selected VIP members receive invitations to exclusive tournaments and competitions not open to the general public. Cash prizes, game credits, and other special rewards await winners at these events.
VIP players enjoy significantly higher betting limits compared to standard accounts. This gives you the freedom to bet according to your strategy and confidence without being restricted by the platform's standard limits.
The dbltoto VIP points system is designed to ensure every gaming activity you take part in is counted and rewarded. Whether you prefer slots, Live Casino, fish shooting games, or sports betting — every wager you place contributes to your VIP points.
Point accumulation rates vary by game category. Generally, every RM10 wagered on slots earns 1 VIP point, while Live Casino and Sports Betting offer slightly different rates depending on the game type. Full details are displayed in the VIP section of your account once you log in.

When your account reaches VIP Bronze, the difference you feel goes beyond a number on a screen. Smoother withdrawals, more relevant bonus notifications, and access to offers invisible to regular players – all of this becomes part of your daily experience at dbltoto. We believe loyalty deserves to be recognised in concrete ways, not just a digital badge.
For many loyal dbltoto players, reaching VIP Gold is the moment that truly changes how they play. This is where a personal account manager steps in. Imagine having someone who knows your playing habits, understands your favourite games, and can send you the most relevant bonus recommendations directly – that's exactly what the dbltoto VIP Gold program delivers.
Additionally, the higher betting limits at the Gold tier open the door for players to play more freely without being constrained by standard limits. This is especially important during major events such as EPL finals, the Thomas Cup, or high-profile Live Casino matches, where valuable opportunities often arise within a very short window.
The dbltoto VIP Diamond tier is for those who truly embrace the platform as part of their lifestyle. At this level, withdrawals are processed within minutes — not hours, not days. Your personal VIP manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and understands your needs on a personal level. Exclusive monthly rewards, invitations to private tournaments, and personalised birthday bonuses make the Diamond experience at dbltoto truly unmatched.
Even as the highest-tier VIP member at dbltoto, our commitment to your data security never changes. All transactions, including VIP priority withdrawals, are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal information is never shared with any third party, and your dedicated account manager is bound by strict confidentiality policies. Play and transact with complete confidence knowing your privacy is always protected at dbltoto.
The dbltoto VIP system operates on a 12-month review cycle. This means the VIP tier you achieve is maintained for a full year from the date of upgrade, giving you ample time to continue enjoying all privileges without pressure. For active players, maintaining your VIP tier is straightforward as points accumulate continuously through every gaming activity on the platform.
If you've ever felt that other platforms don't truly value your loyalty, dbltoto is here to prove that a different experience really exists. Every ringgit you wager, every session you spend with us – it all counts, it all matters.
